It is designed for women at all stages of life who are ready to learn to work with the wisdom, beauty and true power of their feminine bodies.

This practice is an invitation to truly get to know what it is to be in a cyclical, hormonal, sensitive body.

Whether you are struggling with your monthly cycles, riding the waves of pregnancy, preparing for birth, navigating menopause or just longing for a way to stay healthy that honours your feminine body, Women’s Yoga is for You.

    Women’s Yoga retreats are about coming together in a safe and nurturing space to heal our bodies, hearts and minds. Located in breath-taking locations in either Scotland or Mexico. You will come away from these retreats feeling like a new Woman.
